Entry is OPEN to industry professionals, academic staff, non-academic staff, and students from local universities, polytechnic, institutes, colleges, and schools locally and internationally.
Entry is limited to SIX (6) members per team (inclusive of the team leader).
Submission is either in BAHASA MELAYU or ENGLISH only.
All registrations must be completed ONLINE.
Only registrations with PAID FEES will be processed and officially recognized as participants of the competition.
The competition will be carried out virtually.
Duration of the video presentation is STRICTLY LIMITED TO SIV (6) MINUTES ONLY.
Collaborative efforts with industries without Intellectual Property (IP) infringement are encouraged.
The organizers have the right to reject any entries if deemed unsuitable for the competition.

The video presentation for this category should be developed based on the best practices which the participants want to highlight, which include the methodology, activities, and evidence.
PITCHING PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Participants are required to present their innovative teaching and learning strategies according to the structure below:
Demands/Needs: How do your innovative teaching and learning strategies meet the current demands/needs?
Uniqueness & Niche : In what ways are your innovative teaching and learning strategies different and/or unique?
Approach: What innovative and compelling approach have you utilised in your approach?
Research Evidence (if applicable): Are your innovative teaching and learning strategies backed by empirical data to prove their effectiveness? Be sure to include this evidence in your video.

An effective abstract for product pitching category should align with the video content. Hence, your abstract should consist of a brief statement summarizing the following points:
Demands/Needs: How do your innovative teaching and learning strategies meet the current demands/needs?
Uniqueness & Niche : In what ways are your innovative teaching and learning strategies different and/or unique?
Approach: What innovative and compelling approach have you utilised in your approach?
Research Evidence (if applicable): Are your innovative teaching and learning strategies backed by empirical data to prove their effectiveness? Be sure to include this evidence in your video.
A panel of judges will be appointed to evaluate the submissions for the competition.
Your participation will be judged based on the following criteria:
Novelty
This is to ensure the originality and ingenuity of the product.
Commercial value
This is to ensure the IP ownership steps are taken and the marketability of the product in terms of profitability.
Social responsibility
This includes the practicality and usage of the product for the benefit of the community and its ability to enhance better and more comfortable living.
The judges' decision is final, and no disputes or appeals will be entertained.
