In order to be eligible for iVEDIIC 2026, the following criteria must be met:
Participation in this competition is through video submissions.
The video is either in BAHASA MELAYU or ENGLISH only.
All submissions must be the participants’ original work.
The maximum number of group members is SIX (6) for group entries (including the leader).
Submission is only valid once the payment has been made.

For the SULAM Innovation project, one student shall be appointed as the team leader, while four other students will serve as team members. Each team may also include a maximum of two lecturers as members/advisors.
